Competition 2010, at which he also won the audience
prize, the OehmsClassics Special Prize as well as the
special prize of the Munich Chamber Orchestra, Julian
Steckel has been one of the most sought-after cellists

(Grand Prix Rostropovich), Berlin (Grand Prix Feuermann)
and Kronberg (Pablo Casals Competition).
